Healthy CBD Breakfast Sandwich

Healthy CBD Breakfast Ingredients

  • bacon cut in half*
  • two eggs- yolks separated from egg whites
  • Croissant or bread of choice
  • Tomato slice
  • Bourbon CBD oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of butter or olive oil

*bacon can be substituted with vegan or turkey bacon.

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy then set aside and let cool for a minute or two. 2-3 halve strips are enough for one sandwich.
  2. Melt butter or warm olive oil on a pan then cook egg whites until they are no longer see-through.
  3. Place approximately six drops of Bourbon CBD oil on cooked bacon (2 drops each 1/2 slice).
  4. Assemble your breakfast sandwich
    1. Bread
    2. Egg whites
    3. Havarti cheese
    4. CBD infused bacon
    5. Tomato slice
    6. Bread
