Yes! These products are non-toxic and non-psychoactive. A THC free blend, also referred to as Broad Spectrum is recommended. We do not recommend vaping and the sale of all vapes is restricted to customers 21 and over.
It is always recommended that you speak with your health care professional before taking these products.
No! Cannabidiol is non-psychoactive. Our Full Spectrum products do contain THC, however it is considered a microdose and not enough to induce a high, if taken correctly. All hemp products must be below the federal guidelines for THC, which is less than 0.3%. Delta 8 and Delta 9 products however have been known to cause psychotropic effects in some cases. Use these products with extreme caution and do not operate heavy machinery or operate a motor vehicle while using these products.
YES! Our CBD manufacturers control all aspects of production from the farms to the finished goods. They place great emphasis on Quality Control; paying particular attention to ensuring that all of their products are free of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, heavy metals, and any other contaminants. All products are manufactured in a FDA registered food safety certified facility, operating under cGMP (current good manufacturing practices).

If you are taking a Full Spectrum, Delta 8, Delta 9, or Delta 10 product then yes, you will test positive for THC. While the products are below the federal guidelines for Delta 9 THC, the THC compound can build up in your body and possibly cause someone to fail a drug test. If someone has an employment obligation or other reason that THC might cause an issue, we highly recommend that they ask their employer or human resource manager BEFORE consumption. We also have a THC free, also known as Broad Spectrum, products available

The CBD dose and timing depends on age, weight, and metabolism. 502 Hemp offers several CBD oil products and different formulations. Depending on the intended use frequency and milligrams will vary.

If you are looking for the “real” products, hemp products are real and legal in all 50 states. Marijuana is still federally illegal.

The law and CBD

Yes! These products are produced under a federally approved program authorized under Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill. The Kentucky Department of Agriculture has established this program, which allows for the production, manufacturing, and shipping of hemp products across state lines. The 2018 Farm Bill took hemp off of the controlled substance list and opened the door nationwide. Each state may still have their own set of rules, but we are legally allowed to ship anywhere in the USA! With that being said, there are some states that have made Delta 8 products illegal. It is recommended that you check your state’s legal requirements for purchasing Delta 8. Kentucky retailers won a lawsuit against the KDF and KSP regarding Delta 8 products and HB544 was passed in 2023 with certain regulations on retailers to sell these products. Must be 21+, special label requirements, have proper testing and keep the products behind the counter. You must also be registered with the cabinet in order to sell these “adult use” cannabinoids.
