Hemp Flower and Pre-Rolls

All forms of hemp flower, whether it is Delta 8 THC or THCA flower, is illegal to sell in the state of Kentucky. If you are buying flower from a Kentucky retailer, they risk being charged with Felony Marijuana Trafficking. Marijuana has not been decriminalized with the passing of medical and it did not open the door for Kentucky retailers to sell any type of hemp flower. We will not become a criminal to make a dollar and we value our sales associates too much to put them in that type of situation by selling an illegal product. We are aware that stores close to us are selling these products, but we have integrity and believe in doing the right thing even when no one is looking. KRS 260.858 and KRS 218a.010.
