There are many different ways to use CBD oil and CBD products.

Users of all ages and health conditions have tried hemp since CBD became legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill. People use it for a multitude of various ailments, from seizures to pain and inflammation. If you haven’t tried CBD oil and not sure where to start, we have a few options for you.

You can take CBD orally.

Taking CBD orally is the most common way to take it. Using a CBD tincture is the best and easiest way to find your dose. Putting the oil drops under your tongue (sublingually) starts getting it into your system quicker. 502 Hemp’s CBD oil actually has some amazing flavors to choose from, so you don’t have to fear the gross earthy taste of CBD oil. Most users take this oil at night to help with sleep issues. However, some will take it during the day. It’s always best to play around with the dosing and time of day to suit your needs.

CBD Capsules are another way to take CBD orally and they are more consistent on dosing. However, it takes longer for the CBD to enter your system this way. Some people may like this option better, especially if they don’t like the taste of oil.

CBD gummies, CBD chocolates, CBD chocolate covered caramels, CBD Cookies, CBD Tea, CBD Coffee, CBD Honey, CBD lollipops, CBD candy and CBD gum/mints are other oral choices we have available. Using CBD edibles is another way to get your daily intake of CBD and often a lot more tastier.

You can use CBD topically.

Many people use CBD topically to possibly help with sore muscles, joints, arthritis, psoriasis, eczema and other skin issues. We have a few different items we would recommend depending on your ailment. Our 502 Hemp balm contains all natural ingredients and hemp root, which, provides extra medicinal benefits.  We also have our own line of CBD Beauty Products like CBD lotions, CBD lotion sticks, CBD Roll-ons, CBD bath bombs and even CBD soap. Hemp seed oil is may be an amazing moisturizer and is found in many topical products as well.  However, for maximum possible relief, make sure the product has hemp extract in it. Whether it is full spectrum or CBD isolate, you want CBD actually in the product.

Inhale or Vape CBD.

Unfortunately Kentucky does not allow for the sale of hemp flower legally, so to combat this, we have a few products that people use instead.  Vape cartridges, e-juice for vaping, Inhalers, and CBD Dabz are ways in which you can legally inhale your CBD.  The benefit to inhaling is that it enters your bloodstream almost immediately. It is the quickest form of getting CBD into your system.  A lot of people may choose this if they suffer from panic attacks or like to “smoke”.

Use what’s best for you.

502 Hemp’s staff is here to help you find the best product for your need. We may recommend multiple products to help with what is ailing you. No matter what form of CBD you use, it’s important to start small and slowly build up to finding your dose.  Not everyone needs a super high dose of CBD to reap the possible benefits and everyone metabolizes CBD differently.
